One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one beetjee account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all accounts held by that individual. Any bonus funds or winnings held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

Account Security

Prohibited Activities
Fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are strictly forbidden. beetjee reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and retain funds where prohibited conduct is identified following investigation.
Changes to Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the beetjee online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support features made available through the platform. The Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who interact with beetjee in any capacity.
By clicking "Register", "Login", or any equivalent action that initiates a session on beetjee, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use beetjee, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- Not be accessing beetjee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a current employee of beetjee or any of its affiliated entities.
- Not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with beetjee or any associated gambling platform.
beetjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Documents accepted include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Accounts that fail verification within the time period specified in the verification request will be suspended until documentation is provided.
If beetjee discovers that a player who is under 18 years of age has successfully registered an account, all funds in that account — including any deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — will be withheld pending investigation. Where deposits were made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer, beetjee will make reasonable efforts to return the original deposit amount to the funding source, but cannot guarantee return of any winnings derived from those funds.
3. Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration Process
To access the full range of beetjee services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and the cashier — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a preferred payment method.
You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party information. Any account found to have been registered with fraudulent information will be terminated immediately and any funds held in the account may be forfeited. beetjee is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of its commitment to safe and responsible gaming, beetjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time at beetjee's discretion. KYC is a standard industry practice and is not a reflection of any suspicion on beetjee's part.
Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 90 days), and proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). 3.3 One Account Per Household
Each person and each household is permitted to hold one beetjee account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or through use of VPNs or proxy services — is a violation of these Terms. beetjee uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts will be suspended and bonuses forfeited.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. beetjee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available via SMS OTP or an authenticator app. You must notify beetjee immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account credentials by contacting support at support@beetjee.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
beetjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. beetjee does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or payments made on behalf of the registered account holder by another individual.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts in good standing are eligible for higher daily withdrawal limits and, for VIP-tier players, priority processing. 4.3 Processing Times
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your beetjee account within two minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by beetjee's payments team before processing. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts submitting requests before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Bank withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on business days.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal amount must match or be less than your available real-money balance (not bonus balance); and (d) no active fraud investigation may be open on your account. beetjee reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for additional security screening.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on beetjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). beetjee does not charge currency conversion fees. If your payment provider applies a conversion rate, that is governed by your agreement with the provider and is outside beetjee's control. beetjee is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
beetjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of issue.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement, which represents the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any form of arbitrage designed to derive guaranteed profit from bonus funds without genuine risk is considered bonus abuse. beetjee reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with suspected bonus abuse, cancel the bonus, and close the account of any player found to have engaged in such activity.
5.4 Eligibility
Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers on beetjee are open to registered, verified players who are 18 years of age or above and who are accessing the platform from an eligible location. Employees and contractors of beetjee and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using beetjee, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the prohibited activities listed below:
6.1 Player Obligations
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter.
- Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on beetjee and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

- Threatening, harassing, or abusing beetjee staff or other players via any communication channel.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on beetjee — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of beetjee or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use beetjee solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any beetjee content; (b) create derivative works based on beetjee materials; (c) reverse-engineer any software used on the platform; or (d) use beetjee's brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
beetjee strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the website, games, or payment services will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages (including payment providers and game studios), and events beyond beetjee's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. beetjee will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime where reasonable steps to restore service are being taken.
8.2 Gambling Losses
Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. beetjee does not guarantee that you will win, and is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform. You acknowledge that you are using beetjee at your own risk and that all bets are placed voluntarily.
8.3 Third-Party Services
beetjee integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank partners, Visa, Mastercard) and game content providers. beetjee is not responsible for the performance, errors, or omissions of these third-party services. Any disputes relating to third-party payment delays or game software errors should be reported to beetjee, which will in turn liaise with the relevant third-party provider on your behalf.
8.4 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beetjee's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. beetjee shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
8.5 Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and govern.
