Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once your limit is reached, beetjee will decline any further deposits until the period resets. Increases to deposit limits take 24 hours to come into effect; decreases apply immediately.
Self-Exclusion
Request to be excluded from beetj ee.com for a period of your choosing — from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended, all marketing communications are stopped, and you will be unable to log in or create a new account on the platform.
Session Time-Outs
Take a short break from gambling by activating a time-out period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account is temporarily suspended during this period. Unlike self-exclusion, a time-out can be lifted once the selected period expires without contacting support.
Reality Check Reminders
Enable on-screen session reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during your current session. These pop-up alerts appear at intervals you define — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — so time never slips away unnoticed.
Loss Limits
Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing over a set period. When your net losses reach the limit you have set, beetjee will automatically prevent further wagers until the period resets. This tool is separate from deposit limits and provides an extra layer of financial control.
Activity Statements
Access a detailed statement of your gambling activity at any time — including deposits, withdrawals, net wins and losses, and session durations over any date range. A clear view of your history helps you make informed decisions about your play habits going forward.
1. 18+ Age Restriction
beetjee is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on beetjee. This rule applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh or the type of game being played — casino games, slots, live dealer tables, cricket betting, or any other product on the platform.
During the registration process, you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. beetjee reserves the right to request official identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, or passport — at any point to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Problem gambling — sometimes called gambling disorder — is a condition in which a person's gambling behaviour becomes harmful to themselves or the people around them. It affects people from all walks of life and can develop gradually over time. Early recognition is the most effective form of prevention.

How to Activate a Protection Tool
Log in to your beetjee account
Visit the beetjee Login page and sign in with your registered username and password.
Navigate to Account Settings
Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Open the Responsible Gaming Section
Locate the "Responsible Gaming" or "Player Safety" tab within your account settings panel.
Select and Configure Your Tool
Choose the protection tool you wish to activate — deposit limit, loss limit, time-out, or self-exclusion — and set your preferred parameters.
Confirm Your Selection
Review your settings and confirm. Restrictions take effect immediately. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address.
4. Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available on beetjee. When you self-exclude, your account is fully suspended for the duration of the exclusion period you select. During this time, you will be unable to log in, make deposits, place bets, or receive any promotional communications from beetjee.
Self-exclusion periods available on beetjee are: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and permanent (indefinite) exclusion. You can request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team at support@beetjee with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Please include your registered username, the email address on your account, and your preferred exclusion period.
beetjee will make every reasonable effort to honour a self-exclusion request and prevent excluded players from accessing the platform. If you attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account, beetjee will close that account immediately upon discovery and may withhold any associated funds in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We strongly encourage self-excluding players to also seek support from a professional counselling service during their exclusion period.
5. Deposit and Spend Limits
Deposit limits allow you to cap how much money you add to your beetjee account in a given time frame. This is one of the simplest and most effective tools for staying within your personal budget. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits — or all three simultaneously for layered financial control.
For example, a player in Dhaka might set a daily deposit limit of ৳2,000, a weekly limit of ৳8,000, and a monthly limit of ৳25,000. Once any of these limits is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the relevant period resets. You can always reduce your limits at any time and the reduction takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period, which is a deliberate friction mechanism designed to prevent impulsive decisions made in the heat of a gambling session.
In addition to deposit limits, beetjee offers loss limits — a cap on the net amount you can lose in a defined period. Loss limits work independently of deposit limits and provide additional protection against sustained losing streaks. Both types of limits can be configured from your account's Responsible Gaming settings panel.
6. Time-Out and Cooling-Off Periods
A time-out is a short-term break from gambling designed for players who feel they need to step away temporarily without committing to a full self-exclusion. Time-outs on beetjee are available in the following durations: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks.
During a time-out, your beetjee account is suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. All marketing and promotional emails are suppressed for the duration of the time-out. Unlike self-exclusion, a time-out ends automatically when the selected period expires, at which point your account is reinstated without any action required on your part.
If during a time-out you feel that you need a longer break or a permanent exclusion, you can escalate your request to a full self-exclusion at any time by contacting support at support@beetjee. Time-outs are not a substitute for self-exclusion and should not be used by players who believe they have a serious gambling problem.
7. Protecting Minors
beetjee takes the protection of children and young people from exposure to gambling extremely seriously. If you share your device — whether a smartphone, tablet, or computer — with children or teenagers, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions:
- Never save your beetjee login credentials in your browser's autofill or password manager on a shared device.
- Always log out of your beetjee account fully when you are finished playing and before handing the device to a minor.
- Use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices. Reputable parental control tools are available for Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Store your beetjee account details — username, password, and any OTP-generating devices — securely and out of reach of children.
